There are two schools, shops, several cafes and a cottage and garden goods store in the area. And the planned Hartland Mall will gather hundreds of brands from all over the world under its roof.
There are also two schools here: the North London Collegiate School Dubai with a 10-year curriculum and the Hartland International School, offering a full 13-year course of study according to British standards.
Types of real estate in Sobha Hartland
A distinctive feature of Sobha Hartland is a single development plan for the entire complex. Villas and townhouses are located in the eastern part, while high-rise buildings compactly occupy the western side. Sobha Realty does not build individual villas, limiting itself to high-rise buildings and infrastructure. This approach made it possible to combine the orderliness of a well-thought-out plan and the desire for the individuality of the owners of elite housing.
In general, the complex is divided into areas with a homogeneous structure consisting of multi-storey buildings or low-rise villas and townhouses:
- Sobha Hartland Greens is a group of 16 eight–storey houses with a flagship 14-storey residential complex in the form of two towers. Buyers are offered a wide range of properties, from small studios to three-bedroom apartments. This project is known for one of the best investment plans for real estate under construction – the buyer can get an installment plan for 3 years after the apartment is ready. The cost of housing in Sobha Hartland here starts at 600,000 AED (about $160,000) for an apartment of 40 m² or more.
